Swansea City pulled off an excellent late turnaround to come from behind and defeat West Brom 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium on the final day of the Premier League to finish 15th in the table.
It was the Baggies who went ahead through Jonny Evans just a little after the 30-minute mark. The Swans pulled it back in the second period with Jordan Ayew’s goal. Fernando Llorente then scored late on in the 86th minute to complete the comeback and confirm the three points for Swansea.

Links up the play beautifully in the middle of the park. Has had a great impact since coming in, in the winter window.
Displayed his class with some great touches and his free-kick was key for the equalizer. The fans will be hoping that it won’t be his last game for the club.
Another hard working and tireless performance at the top. Deservedly scored his first goal for the club.
Once again the star for Swansea. The Spaniard nodded down the ball for Ayew to open the scoring before scoring the winner with a volleyed strike. Excellent debut campaign in England.
Came on for Britton little after the hour mark. Bright down the flanks and set Llorente up for the second goal.
Replaced Fer for the final ten minutes. Involved in the build-up for the winner.
