As per claims, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and his players have banned all banter, as they look to improve quickly after the club made its worst start to a top-flight season for 29 years now. The Blues’ sources have revealed that though there have been no crisis meetings after the defeat at Goodison Park against Everton, the Premier League champions need to improve on the fact that they have picked up just four points from their first five matches.
Apparently things have not been good between skipper John Terry and striker Diego Costa as per what talkSPORT commentator Stan Collymore had stated, though a spokesman claimed it to be “utter nonsense”.
Though the Portuguese boss has stayed away from such claims about his under-performing players, the mood seems too intense at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground.
Unlike before, Mourinho and his players are not mixing hard work with plenty of laughs now, as the present condition is not funny at all and the west London side really need to find their best form soon.
The squad are still trying their best to remain calm, but if they fail to win against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League on Wednesday night and against Arsenal on Saturday, things could surely go from bad to worse.
