The Turkish striker netted 27 goals last season, and he has picked up where he left off this time around. He already has 7 from 12 appearances this term, including 3 in the Champions League.

The 26-year-old usually plays as the spearhead in a 4-2-3-1 formation, is equally adept with both feet and is strong in the air. He is also extremely quick on his feet and these are all the qualities that Everton could certainly benefit from. Moreover, Tosun is a clinical finisher, who comes alive in the penalty area, and that could be the final piece of the jigsaw for Everton.

As things stand, making a move for Tosun could be a huge step towards solving their current problems. They are dangerously close to being relegated if they in the current trend and they need a miracle in the form of Tosun. Making a quick swoop for the striker in the January transfer window should be a priority for Everton.
