Major Blow To Chelsea! Long Term Target Signed For Juventus

It was heavily rumored that Chelsea as desperately chasing the Bosnian international Miralem Pjanic. But the London club will be suffering a major blow in the speculation as Juventus are now closing in to sign the player.

Juventus through their official social media accounts revealed that Pjanic will be undergoing a medical for the Old Lady as they moved a step closer to complete the transfer. Pjanic had a wonderful season with the Roman side as he helped the team to qualify for the Champions League, where scored 10 goals and 12 assists in the Serie A.

It is expected that Juventus will pay a hefty amount of around £30million for Pjanic to pen a long-term deal. The London Club, Chelsea were heavily linked with a move for the player, but the player has opted to stay in Italy itself. Besides Pjanic, Chelsea are also chasing his former teammate Radja Nainggolan as the side is now preparing to strengthen its midfield to challenge for the title next season.
