Everton Player Ratings vs Fulham – Here’s how the Toffees fared

Everton returned to winning ways in the league by beating Fulham 3-0 at the Goodison Park. A second-half brace from Gylfi Sigurdsson and a goal from Cenk Tosun sealed an emphatic victory for Marco Silva’s men.

The Icelandic international, having missed a penalty, struck a great goal to open the scoring. Tosun then scored a goal after the hour mark with an easy far post header from the cross supplied by Theo Walcott. Sigurdsson finished the game with a good goal very late in the game, assisted by Bernard.

Everton Player Ratings

Jordan Pickford (7)

The Englishman was solid when called upon and his distribution was good.

Jonjoe Kenny (6)

Struggled a bit in the first half but came back well in the second.

Michael Keane

Michael Keane (7)

Looked assured and secure at the back. He is going through his best spell at Everton.

Kurt Zouma (7)

Did well to ward off the threat of Aleksandar Mitrovic throughout the game.

Lucas Digne (7.5)

The Frenchman was way better defensively and didn’t lose his flair while moving forward either.

Idrissa Gueye (7)

A rock solid presence in central midfield for the home side. Fulham struggled to construct an attack by beating him.

Tom Davies (5.5)

Was sloppy on the ball when he was put under pressure. The youngster needs to improve on that to be a top player in the Premier League.

Gylfi Sigurdsson

Gylfi Sigurdsson (8.5)

Missed a penalty, but made it up with a great strike to open the scoring. He then slotted in the team’s third.

Theo Walcott (6.5)

Was full of running and endeavour to cause trouble to the opposition defence. Assisted Tosun’s goal with a great cross.

Richarlison (6.5)

Looked like a good threat down the left-hand side. Sometimes, his decision-making in the final third was off-radar.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (5)

Couldn’t impact the game. He was starved of service as well.
