Predicted Chelsea line-up to face Everton in the Premier League

Chelsea have made a near-perfect start to the season and will be aiming to keep that going when they host Everton at Stamford Bridge this Sunday. Maurizio Sarri’s men have won eight of the first 11 league games, grabbing three draws.

They are up against an Everton side who are in good form under Marco Silva. The Toffees got the better of Brighton last week, and are coming into this game with confidence. Hence, it won’t be easy for the Blues, who are gunning for a victory.

Team News

Eden Hazard played for an hour in Belarus, therefore, he is fit to start on Sunday. Olivier Giroud also cleared off injury fears by scoring the winner against BATE on Thursday.

Probable Chelsea XI

Formation: 4-3-3

Manager: Maurizio Sarri

Kepa Arrizabalaga (GK)

The Spaniard is slowly but steadily becoming the undisputed number one at the club.

Kepa

Cesar Azpilicueta (RB)

The skipper was rested for the midweek game, but he is certain to start tomorrow against Everton.

Antonio Rudiger (CB)

The big German has been in great form this season and is expected to start every league game unless there is an injury issue.

David Luiz (CB)

Luiz has taken the Sarri reign in a fantastic manner and has been a resurgent defender this season.

Marcos Alonso (LB)

The Spaniard got a day off against BATE but he should start against the Toffees tomorrow.

Jorginho

Jorginho (CDM)

The Italian epitomises the way Sarri likes his team to play football. He is a key player in the team.

N’Golo Kante (RCM)

The Frenchman was rested on Thursday, hence, he should be fresh enough to start against Everton.

Ross Barkley (LCM)

Barkley has been in a rich vein of form in the last few games and should continue to start in the midfield.

Eden Hazard (LW)

The Belgian is now fit to feature from the start, hence, he should feature in this game from the first whistle.

Alvaro Morata (ST)

Morata has been in good form in front of the goal recently. The Toffees defenders should be wary of him.

Pedro (RW)

The Spaniard is better suited to starting on the right-hand side and cutting in to support the striker. He should start on the right wing.
