“I am going to Manchester United”, Star Sents Text Message Confirming Transfers

They say that when a person finds it difficult to say something he is most likely to text rather than speaking it out. Looks like Henrikh Mkhitaryan experienced the same when telling Thomas Tuchel about his wish to leave.

According to Bild, Mkhitaryan was close to signing a deal with Dortmund in May but has backtracked since then and now the Armenian international has set his heart on moving to Manchester United. The report also claims that the 27 year old player later texted Thomas Tuchel saying, “I go to Manchester United”. The player is reported to have terminated his lease in March which indicates that he had decided to move out of Dortmund even before the contract negotiations began.

The Red Devils’ fans may be a little concerned regarding such unprofessional behavior but given that they will getting a top class attacker will probably make them forget the whole thing very soon.
