Tottenham Hotspur have been one of the most consistent sides in the Premier League over the last couple of seasons but they need some superstars in their lineup to help them take the next step in the upcoming campaign. They have been linked with a move for some of the finest players in world football and one player extensively linked with a move to the English capital is Croatian midfielder, Mateo Kovacic.

According to the Evening Standard, Kovacic could be put up for sale by Spanish giants Real Madrid this summer as they look to fund a move for French star Kylian Mbappe. Spurs are reportedly interested in his signature but he will not come for the cheap, which might be a problem for the English side.
