The Hoops have signed the deal with the intention of landing some exciting talents from Poland in the coming years.

Kielce are currently sitting at mid-table in the Polish top-flight, striving hard to become one of the top clubs in their country.

The agreement was signed in the presence of two Kielce managers Rafal Kwiecien and Artur Wierzba.

Following the successful deal, Kwiecien said (h/t The Daily Record UK)

“There are two camps set up in the summer in Staszow and Zielonka. The best young footballers will get a trial with Celtic and train with them.

“We were well received by Celtic and met a number of their coaches when we were in Glasgow.

The manager also pointed out some of the Polish players in the past, namely Dariusz Dziekanowski, Dariusz Wdowczyk, Maciej Zurawski, Paweł Brozek, Lukasz Zaluska and Artur Boruc.

He also believes his players can make an impact at Park Head in future.

The Hoops have been built a reputation of nurturing young talents and guiding them to success.

In fact, players like James Forrest and Kieran Tierney have progressed through the youth ranks of the Celts.

Neil Lennon, the interim manager, has seen his team be in sensational form, since taking charge midway through the season.

The former Hibernian manager has led his side to six wins and two draws, without a single defeat.
