According to Mirror, Arsenal are planning a make a move for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski in January transfer window. Even after spending huge money on buying Mesut Ozil in Summer, Arsenal still have enough cash balance in the bank to bring another marquee signing to Emirates.
As per the report, The Gunners are prepared to pay up to £25million to sign Lewandowski in the January window before he becomes a free agent next summer. With Olivier Giroud being the only world class striker in the team, addition of Lewandowski could play a vital role in Arsenal’s title chase this season.
But, Arsenal are not the only club who are in the race to sign the Polish target man. Bayern Munich and Manchester City are also very much interested in getting his signature. Looks like this is heading to a bidding war in January.
