Defending champions Chelsea have not endured the best of times this season despite winning the Premier League title on an emphatic note last season. Right from their opening day defeat to Burnley to their recent 4-1 loss to Watford, the Blues have been through a rollercoaster of ups and downs throughout the season so far.

With the remaining half of the season ahead of us, it has been deduced that the fans are quite frustrated with manager Antonio Conte.

It is not just the fact that they are losing games – the way Conte has dealt with the team, in general, has just messed things up for the Blues. Losing a player like Diego Costa over an unnecessary feud was just the tip of the iceberg. Silva was hailed as the most dynamic and ambitious manager in the initial stages of the Premier League this season. He worked brilliantly with the Hornets, the effect of which was apparent as they audaciously broke into the top six for a few weeks.
