As per latest reports from the Daily Express, EFL Championship leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers are considering the possibility of making a move for Derby County striker Chris Martin in the January transfer window. The report also goes on to add that the Rams are interested in taking Wolves winger Ben Marshall and the table toppers are considering the possibility of a swap deal.
Wolves have been rampant in the English second division and have been playing some brilliant football under the tutelage of Nuno Espirito Santo. They have accumulated 47 points already from 20 games, having registered 15 wins and 2 draws.
Goals haven’t been a major concern for Nuno’s men as they have netted a total of 41 goals so far this season, which is the highest by any team in the division.
