Alicia was brought into the world on 21 April 1998 by Martiniquais parents. Her dad, Philippe Aylies, works in the environmental sector, and her mom, Marie-Chantal Belfroy, is a driving school teacher. However, the relationship between the Beauty Pageant’s parents went through many bumpy roads before they decided to separate when Alicia was two years old. Her mother took her and moved to Matoury, French Guiana, where they are currently staying. We can only imagine how hard it could have been for the mother to raise a child all alone.
Alicia completed her schooling at Remire-Montjoly and graduated with a degree in science from lycée in 2016. But she didn’t stop there as she started studying law at the University of French Guiana.

Destined to be a Beauty Pageant
After graduation, Alicia started her fashion and modelling journey with Mannky’n, a Guyanese modelling agency. The talent and spark of the young woman were swiftly spotted, and she was given the enormous responsibility of representing French Guiana at Miss France 2017 pageant, where the world recognised her dedication and hard work. She was crowned Miss France 2017 by former winner Iris Mittenaere. Her life completely changed after the event, and she became a global fashion star. As the winner of Miss France 2017, she represented her country in Miss Universe 2017. Even though she didn’t win the title, her efforts attracted the eyes of many brands and magazines. In the following years, she promoted different campaigns, previewed collections from the World’s most prominent designers, and featured in many top-tier magazine covers.
Kylian Mbappe met girlfriend Alicia Aylies at the World Cup
Alicia was introduced to Mbappé by Benjamin Pavard‘s wife at a party in 2018. Looking at the craze of the World Cup, it’s imaginable that Miss France 2017 was aware of the charm of the PSG star. They soon started seeing each other and were madly in love soon after. Alicia even went to the World Cup matches to support the lover of her life.
Kylian Mbappe has developed himself into one of the best forwards in the world in the last three seasons. In his time at Monaco, the youngster attracted the eyes of the big players. But it was PSG that secured his signature. The French star is currently one of the key members of the Parisian squad and delivers good performances regularly. However, the pressure of a world cup is quite different from club competitions. Many experienced players become nervous and couldn’t manage to give the top-notch performance due to the excessive pressure from a nation. However, 19-year-old Mbappe proved everyone wrong by leading the charge for France. In the semi-final game against Argentina, the PSG star took on the entire defensive line of the opponent teams with breathtaking pace and looked unstoppable before getting fouled.
Mbappe is destined to achieve many greater things, but his term in France could be coming to an end. Last summer the PSG star publicly claimed that he communicated his interest to move away. Real Madrid were increasingly interested in signing him and made big money offers to PSG, but in the end, the deal never materialized. However, with the world cup winner’s current contract ending in the summer, he could fancy a transfer to the Bernabeu. If he moves to Spain in the end, it’d create a barrier between him and Alicia. It remains to be seen if the duo ties the knot before that.

Soon after she won the Miss France 2017 competition, Alicia became the face of many charitable events. She was spotted at a charity dinner for Naked Heart France and also attended the 2018 Annual Charity Day hosted by BGC. It shows that the 21-year-old’s heart is as beautiful as her face.
