We come to the end of another exciting season in the Serie A and there were some important results at the top, bottom as well as the middle of the table.
The big game off course was the first game of the week as Leaders Juve took on the second place Napoli. 2 late goals from 2 substitutes ensured Juve won the game and silenced all the critics. They are currently 47 games unbeaten in the league. It will take a lot of consistency and class from the other teams if they’re to take challenge them for the title.
In the other big game, Lazio maintained their 3rd spot with an important win against AC Milan. It was a clinical effort from veteran striker Miraslav Klose which seals Milan’s fate. Lazio are now 4 points shy of Juve and only 1 behind Napoli. Milan continue their dismal start to the season and last years title challengers are now in a humiliating 15th place.
Inter maintained pace with the other 3 big teams and won at home against Catania. A cracker of a goal from Palacio sealed the win.
