Walcott’s Arsenal Days Are Numbered, Flamini Is Linked With a Return To Emirates

Theo Walcott has been ringing the exit alarm at Emirates for quite sometime now and the winger’s future at North London looks increasingly unlikely. Though the England International has always stated his love for the club, he is yet to extend his contract with the Gunners.

Speaking ahead of Arsenal’s clash against West Brom today, Arsene Wenger revealed his frustration regarding the situation with Theo

“With Theo, I have no news. I personally am not involved in that directly, indirectly of course yes, but at the moment we have not made any progress.

“Honestly, I am frustrated. Between the player and me it is all clear, he knows what he wants and he has to make up his mind.

“We have been in negotiations with Theo for a long, long time, and we have not been late in our negotiations with him. We always try to extend the contracts very early.”

The England International has not made it clear for the Arsenal authorities as to what is his expectations out of the club, a striker role, increased pay check are the things put forth by the media but the player has always denied the fact that he is not happy. There were several other stories when he wanted an assured starting berth in the first team. What ever it is, the player is yet to come to a conclusion and inked the contract paper.

With Wilfred Zaha totuted as the replacement for Walcott and the continued interest shown by Liverpool to lure the player to the Merseyside, Walcott’s days at Arsenal are well and truly numbered. If not in January the winger is most likely to leave at the end of the season.

Flamini:

A player who left the Gunners when they needed him the most to pair with Fabregas is being linked with a move back to North London. The Daily Express suggest Arsenal and Liverpool could be set to pounce if Mathieu Flamini leaves AC Milan, either in January or at the end of the season.

This is most certainly just a rumor created by some fake FIFA agent. This is Wat he has said in his latest interview

In an interview with L’Equipe, Flamini said: “Right now I am at Milan and what counts is finishing the first half of the season in the best way possible. Marseille? For now I am here, then we’ll see.

So there is no way that the former Arsenal man is returning to Emirates
