Manchester United didn’t have a great season to remember, but the side still managed to finish their campaign in the top 5.

Manchester United scored a mere number of 46 goals this season, which is their lowest goal tally since 2002, but the side gave a strong defensive performance throughout the season as they conceded just 34 goals in the premier league.

5. Andreas Pereira vs Ipswich town-

Andreas Perreira is still struggling to break into the first team for the Devils, but his goal against the Ipswich town was something really amazing. Manchester United met the championship side Ipswich town in the 3rd round of the FA Cup tie. The game ended 3-0 in the favor of the reds, and the spectators witnessed a breathtaking free kick goal from the young Brazilian Midfielder Andreas Pereira.

4. Wayne Rooney vs Shrewberry Town-


Wayne Rooney enjoyed most of his time out on the sidelines due to injuries, but his curling shot against Shrewbury Town in the fourth round of the FA cup was a piece of his brilliance.

3. Memphis Depay vs Club Brugge-

Memphis Depay had a forgettable season with the Devils, but the young Dutch did show his brilliance in a couple of Europa League fixtures. He scored a brace against the Belgian side club Brugge, which was a typical Memphis Depay strike.

2. Jesse Lingard vs West Brom-

Jesse Lingard had an amazing season and the English midfielder finally found a stable footing on the senior side. Back in 2015 when West Brom visited Old Trafford, Jesse Lingard welcomed Tony Pulis’ side with a peach of a goal.

1. Anthony Martial vs Liverpool-

The goal that won the Manchester United’s goal of the season award to the young Frenchman is on the top of our list. The goal was a delight to watch and so was Martial’s movements. He skips past the defender as there was no one in there and the finish was as scintillating as the commentary.
