Predicted Everton line-up to face Fulham in the Premier League

Everton will look to bounce back to winning ways when they host Fulham on Saturday in the Premier League.

Two back-to-back to defeats have put Marco Silva under some pressure and he will be hoping his boys pick up all three points against Fulham.

Had Everton been clinical in the Premier League this season, they would probably have had more points on the board. However, it’s worth remembering that this is still a new regime getting to grips with this squad.

Silva’s team clearly have time to turn their fortunes around and the game against Fulham would be massive.

Team News

Michael Keane made a surprising return to the starting line-up against Arsenal on Sunday following a hairline fracture to the skull.

Yerry Mina has been in full training for well over a week now and could be in contention for selection for the weekend’s game. Seamus Coleman and Phil Jagielka still remain sidelined with injuries.

Probable Everton XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Manager: Marco Silva

Jordan Pickford (GK)

Pickford is Everton’s undisputed first-choice in goal and he is set to retain his place for the weekend fixture.

Jonjoe Kenny (RB)

Kenny has done well in deputising at right-back for the injured Seamus Coleman. He is expected to have a free run at that position.

Michael Keane (CB)

Keane returned against Arsenal after recovering from a fractured skull but didn’t show any signs of rustiness. He slotted back expertly and should be handed another start in central defence.

Kurt Zouma (CB)

Zouma has started his Everton career very well, bringing some important qualities to the table.

Lucas Digne (LB)

Digne has adapted to the Premier League very well, thanks to his energy and work ethic.

Tom Davies (CM)

Justified his selection for the Arsenal game with a tidy display in the middle of the park. For his decent show, Davies could get another bite at the cherry.

Idrissa Gueye

Idrissa Gueye (CM)

Gueye’s work rate, energy and tackling abilities are second to none. He is a definite starter against Fulham.

Theo Walcott (RW)

Fulham will be wary of Walcott’s pace and directness. The nippy winger is an asset for Everton going forward.

Gylfi Sigurdsson (CAM)

The player who brings creativity to the table, Sigurdsson is a clever operator and will be a threat to Fulham in set-piece scenarios.

Bernard (LW)

Starting on the left could be Bernard, who is still adapting to the demands of the Premier League. Unstoppable on his day, the little magician is an exciting player to watch.

Richarlison (ST)

With Cenk Tosun struggling in front of the goal, Silva could start Richarlison as the team’s main man against the Cottagers.
