According to a report from The Metro, Former Arsenal and Manchester United man Robin van Persie is possibly heading for a return to Feyenoord where he started his senior career.
RVP has openly admitted that he is unhappy at Fenerbache after struggling to get regular starting spots in the lineup.
‘To be honest, I am not very happy at this moment,’ he is quoted as saying.
‘I was not happy that I started on the bench. I am fully fit, physically very well and able to play for 90 minutes.’
Now it is believed that he wants a return to his first club Feyenoord, where it all started for the former PFA winner. Arsenal bought him from Feyenoord in 2004 and the Dutch star went on to become one of the best strikers in the Premier league ever.
