Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao is set to stay with Chelsea for the rest of the season. The Colombian player, labeled as a pure striker is suffering from a thigh injury and will not be playing for another 6-8 weeks for the blues.
AS Monaco will not be taking back the player, following up with the injury the Club’s manager Vadim Vasilyev said:
“Falcao is currently injured. He has six to eight weeks to go like that. We have decided not to take him back to Monaco for the moment.”
Due to his injury, the player may not be in the target list of different clubs as he is injured for another two months. The injury has affected Falcao’s performance as he scored just 1 goal in 9 appearances for the Blues.
