Chelsea are possibly look at a transfer embargo. Bertrand Traore when he played Chelsea’s under-18 match against Arsenal was just 16 years of age. This is a breach of FIFA rule that states that no player under the age of 18 is allowed to go through an International transfers.
So far Barcelona, Athletico Madrid and Real Madrid have all be given transfer embargoes with regards to the aforementioned loan.
As such Chelsea too may be facing the same situations of which the worst punishment will be a transfer embargo.
According to The Guardian, Chelsea officials are not much bothered about the transfer, as Arsenal and Chelsea both have stated the game to be a non-Competitive match. Chelsea had an option contract for Traore with his then club Auxere which made him eligible for a trial match before joining.
Currently, FIFA is looking into the case, and investigations have started to get to the root of the issue and find the truth behind the case.
