Manchester United are missing something, something that they need really bad. Bacca might have started in Colombia but before you even knew it he was playing for Brugge in 2012 in Belgium. In his second season for the club, he scored 28 goals in just 44 appearances and then in 2013 he got the big move to play in a top league. Sevilla took the gamble to sign Bacca from Brugge and the striker has been repaying his club with a goal almost every other game.
The Colombian has scored 45 goals in 97 games for Sevilla in all competitions in the two years he has been at the club. Bacca does have good physical strength which he uses well, especially when dealing with crosses as he heads them onto goal. He has great movement also and has decent pace so he is often seen outside of the box linking up to set up goals and plays for other strikers but he is a centre forward first and has a great eye for goal.
Bacca isn’t the greatest of passes of the ball, he does like to link up with play but that does come at a price of him sometimes giving away the ball to the opposition. The major issue about Bacca’s game isn’t his finishing or pace but the lack of discipline. Time and time again he has been found wanting and does lose his cool rather easily, that is something he would have to work on if he is to make a move to the toughest league in the world. He wouldn’t feel out of place though as he is known to be a combative player both on and off the field.
