Radja Nainggolan has been linked with a move to Chelsea for some time now and according to recent reports he may end up being Antonio Conte’s first signing in the summer.
According to Squawka, Nainggolan has agreed on a five year contract with Chelsea and as of now transfer fee is being discussed between the clubs. Roma are valuing the Belgian midfielder at £31 million, whereas Chelsea are willing to offer £26m. It is understood that both the sides will be compromising and agreeing on performance related add-ons in the future. Nainggolan is looking to settle the whole transfer before the start of Euro 2016 so that he would be able to concentrate on the tournament.
Nainggolan is Italian manager Antonio Conte’s first choice midfield. Conte believes that Nainggolan’s all-action style will suit the Premier League.
