Predicted Burnley Lineup To Face Tottenham Hotspur In The Premier League
Burnley will travel to London this weekend, as they gear up to face off against Tottenham Hotspur at the Wembley Stadium, on Sunday.
The Clarets began the season by causing a major upset, as they defeated champions Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge. But they were handed a 1-0 loss by West Bromwich Albion last weekend at home. However, they will come into the game high on confidence, after having beaten derby rivals Blackburn Rovers 2-0 in the EFL Cup.
Manager Sean Dyche will be keen on causing another upset in London, by beating Spurs and given the North Londoners’ record at Wembley in the recent past, a surprise result could very well be on the cards again.

Summer signing Jonathan Walters is likely to miss out for the game against Mauricio Pochettino’s side, after picking up an ankle injury in the midweek derby. Dean Marney remains the only other absentee for the Clarets.

The 26-year old has nailed down the spot at the heart of the defence, following Michael Keane’s departure. Should start again, ahead of Kevin Long.
Ben Mee (CB)
The former Manchester City man will return to the starting XI for the clash against Tottenham, after sitting out on Wednesday.
Stephen Ward (LB)
The Republic of Ireland international should feature from the start at the Wembley, with new arrival Charlie Taylor dropping back to the bench.
Johann Berg-Gudmundsson (RM)
The Iceland international will walk back into the starting line-up after having made a substitute appearance on Wednesday night.
Jeff Hendrick (CM)
The 25-year old wasn’t part of the matchday squad for the cup tie against Blackburn Rovers. Very much likely to return to the midfield, in the place of Ashley Westwood.
Jack Cork (CM)
The summer arrival got his first goal of the season in the win against Blackburn. Will retain his spot in the playing XI.
Robbie Brady (LM)
The former Aston Villa man was on the scoresheet on Wednesday and should keep his place on the left-hand side of the Burnley midfield.
Chris Wood (ST)
The club record signing came on from the bench in the midweek to make his debut and looked lively from the get-go. Should make his Premier League bow for Burnley.
Sam Vokes (ST)
The Welshman has begun the new campaign on a strong note and deserves a spot in the starting XI ahead of Ashley Barnes.
