FC Barcelona won comfortably against Olympiacos with a 3-1 result. Lionel Messi taking his tally to 100 European goals with a sublime freekick and a Gerard Pique sending off were the highlights of the rainsoaked match.

He also became the first to reach 100 European goals with a single club. 2 minutes later, Messi was in the midst of the action again as he fooled an Olympiacos defender in the box and squared the ball.
Iniesta and Paulinho couldn’t get themselves to reach the ball but left back, Lucas Digne who was given his start after many weeks because of Alba’s injury was on hand to finish it off emphatically. Olympiacos seemed to have given up at this point and Barcelona continued their onslaught in terms of possession statistics.
