It’s a real shame when talented players get relegated in their teams whenever a new manager arrives, and even if most of the times they try to earn their trust and keep their spots, it doesn’t always work as they planned, and that’s the case of the 29-year-old midfielder Cesc Fabregas at Chelsea right now.

Cesc Fabregas’ situation is getting more and more complicated, as he doesn’t fit Antonio Conte’s plans and he needs to pack his bags and get the hell away from Stamford Bridge, as he still has a lot to offer to a lot of clubs, and his talent is being totally wasted right now.

The Spaniard rejected several offers from big Serie A sides of the likes of Juventus and AC Milan before the start of the season, as he was keen to earn a starting job for Conte, but he hasn’t been accounted with many minutes under the Italian boss.

That could be a sign that states that Fabregas doesn’t want to leave the Premier League, as his best years were playing at London with Arsenal, and he seems really comfortable living in UK, so let’s take a look at three possible Premier League destinations for the talented Midfielder.

Manchester United

The Red Devils are having a very inconsistent season, and even if there hasn’t been any reports that actually link Fabregas with Manchester United, he could be a great solution to some of the team’s offensive woes.

Mourinho knows Fabregas pretty well, as he was Mourinho’s main man in Chelsea’s title pursuit a coupld of seasons back, so he knows exactly what Cesc can bring to his team, and besides, the Spaniard could be a great fit for the squad where players like Fellaini and Schneiderlin are failing constantly. He could be a perfect replacement.

West Ham United

Slaven Bilic’s side is looking to improve in almost every single position in their roster, as besides from Michail Antonio and Dimitri Payet they’ve become a complete train wreck this season since arriving at London Stadium, and there has been some reports that the Hammers may have serious interest in Fabregas.

Fabregas could provide a lot of help in the offensive midfielder duties, and pairing him with Payet could break every single opposing defense they face, and you know they need every single bit of help they can get if they want to avoid fighting for relegation at the end of this disastrous season, and Cesc could get the playing time he desperately needs right now.

Manchester City

There has been a lot of speculation going on regarding Guardiola wanting to reunite with Cesc, as the two established a great rapport during their stint at that mythical Barcelona, and it wouldn’t be crazy to think that this move could actually happen.

Pep is looking to improve his team after a couple of subpar performances following that impressive start of the season, and even if Fabregas would have a really hard time becoming a starter at the Etihad, he could provide a lot of help and ease the pressure off Kevin de Bruyne and David Silva’s shoulders.
