The Daily Mail has reported that Manchester United have made Wilfried Zaha their third choice as they look for reinforcements.
While Jose Mourinho did bring in Alexis Sanchez a little over a year ago, the Chilean has looked a shadow of himself since the move, struggling to do anything for the Red Devils.
His position under new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has gone from bad to worse, with Sanchez remaining the only man the former caretaker manager couldn’t work his charms on. Mourinho’s tenure at Old Trafford hurt the club more than they ever imagined.
However, Solskjaer’s arrival changed things for the Red Devils and he revived most of the team. A few players have had a new lease on life but Sanchez is the only man who has struggled to do anything for the club in his first full season. That’s exactly why a move for Wilfried Zaha makes sense.

Loan spells at Cardiff City and Crystal Palace followed before eventually making a permanent move to the Eagles in February 2015. Since then, Zaha has become the Eagles’ biggest star, flourishing without pressure.
He’s managed to hone his skills, become a clinical and tricky winger to defend against, making a mockery of most defenders. Even on his bad days, the 26 year old is a dangerous player.
Zaha has managed to produce 111 goals in 315 appearances, finishing last season with 9 goals and 5 assists. It was his best return for the club and it showed just how good the forward could be for any Premier League side.
