West Ham vs Fulham predictions: West Ham line-up

West Ham’s form has slumped in recent weeks as Manuel Pellegrini has just one win in his last five games. The Hammers gave up their lead in the 76th minute as Wilfried Zaha’s goal ended the game 1-1. West Ham will look to get back to winning ways as they take on a struggling Fulham at home on Friday.

Team news

West Ham have a massive injury list with Andriy Yarmolenko, Jack Wilshere, Winston Reid and Carlos Sanchez all ruled out. Samir Nasri is also a massive doubt for the game as he is still recovering from a calf injury. On a much more cheerful note for Hammers fans, Fabian Balbuena and Manuel Lanzini have a chance to be fit for the game and could start on the bench.

Probable West Ham XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Manager: Manuel Pellegrini

Lukasz Fabianski(GK)

The former Arsenal man is Pellegrini’s and West Ham’s undisputed first-choice and will continue in goal on Friday.

Ryan Fredericks (RB)

The 26-year-old has started the last two games ahead of veteran Pablo Zabaleta and has done well, especially in the game against Liverpool. He is expected to start again at right-back.

Issa Diop (RCB)

The Frenchman has been a regular under Pellegrini and has only missed two games all season. He will start as a part of the backline.

Angelo Ogbonna (LCB)

The former Juventus centre-back spent the first half of the season as a backup but has featured regularly since the injuries to Winston Reid and
Fabian Balbuena. He has started each of the last 9 games for the Hammers and will start again on Friday.

Aaron Cresswell (LB)

The 29-year-old has missed just one of his last nine games for the club and will start again ahead of Masuaku at left-back.

Declan Rice (CDM)

The 20-year-old has been brilliant this season and has featured 23 times so far in the Premier League. He will start in the midfield and shield the back-four against Fulham.

Mark Noble (CM)

The skipper is one of the first names on the team sheet and will start next to Declan Rice in a box-to-box role.

Michail Antonio (RW)

The 28-year-old is in decent form, having picked up a goal and an assist in his last two games. Antonio has featured in multiple positions in his West Ham career but will start on the right wing on Friday.

Robert Snodgrass (CAM)

The 31-year-old has only missed one game all season due to suspension and has played on both the flanks and through the middle this season. He will start as a number 10 against Fulham.

Felipe Anderson (LW)

The summer recruit from Lazio has been West Ham’s best player this season. The Brazilian is yet to miss a game this term and has 8 goals and 3 assists to his name in 26 appearances.
