Leicester City take on relegation-threatened Fulham in new manager Brendan Rodgers’ first home game in charge of the Foxes.
The former Liverpool boss saw his first game as Foxes manager end in a 2-1 loss to Watford after a late goal by Andre Gray and things could get worse going forward.
They play three of the top six sides in their final three games of the season and thus, will have to make the most of their next few fixtures. But that being said, Fulham look like they’ve got a bit of fight left in them, with the Cottagers giving Chelsea a run for their money under caretaker manager Scott Parker.
While they did lose the match 2-1, the club was still in the race for a large part of the game and will look to build on that. The Foxes are in trouble at the moment, having won just one of their last seven games.
This includes five losses, to the likes of Manchester United, Crystal Palace and even Watford recently. However, Rodgers will look to change that run of form.
While Jamie Vardy had to be replaced against Watford towards the end of the game, the former England striker is fit and firing once again, according to the Telegraph.
Barring that, the Foxes have only Marc Albrighton out for the season after he suffered a serious injury to his hamstring.
The Danish international has played every game this season and should keep his place.
One of Claude Puel’s better signings this summer, the former Porto man has been a revelation, replacing Danny Simpson perfectly.
There is a reason why the 26-year-old is so highly rated. He is an important part of the team and should start this game.
Soyuncu hasn’t featured for the Foxes since December and with the new manager at the helm, it’s likely that he may get a chance, especially with Morgan and Evans struggling against Watford.
Easily amongst the best left-backs in the Premier League if not the best, the 22-year-old has a bright future and should keep his place in the team.
While there were worries that the Belgian would struggle in the Premier League, he’s pushed that aside with more than a few brilliant performances for the Foxes.
Leicester City’s rock in the midfield, the 22-year-old has played every game this season and should continue to do so, barring a major injury.
The 21-year-old has been impeccably brilliant for Leicester City since being recalled from his loan spell and has played all but one game since his return.
One of the signings of the season, the former Norwich City man has been among the club’s best players this season and should keep his place.R
Gray has struggled to make a big impact for the club and under new manager Brendan Rodgers, that could change.
