The Englishman is finally showing why City shelled out the big bucks for him. Will keep his place in the heart of the defence.
The Frenchman has been given a second shot to prove himself at City. Guardiola will look to give him a start on Tuesday.

The Ivory Coast international hasn’t played a single minute of football this term, but the manager hinted at a possible start for him in the cup game. Could come in to replace Fernandinho as the deepest central midfielder.
The Portuguese has just started two games across all competitions following his arrival from Monaco. Could get his third start of the season.
The German international made his first appearance of the season from the bench on Saturday and could be handed his first start at the Hawthorns.
The 17-year old has been earmarked as a special talent and enjoyed a brilliant pre-season with the Citizens. Guardiola might look at the cup competition as a great opportunity to further aid his development.
The 21-year old is another player who has had just one start this term and might feature from kick-off, against Tony Pulis’ outfit.
The Brazilian was withdrawn after the hour mark against Watford, while Sergio Aguero played the full ninety minutes, thus hinting a start for Jesus in this cup encounter.
