French Boss Confirms Manchester United Target Is Set To Move To Old Trafford Soon

Share

According to reports now, France boss Didier Deschamps has stated that he will allow Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris to leave the national side for certain transfer related reasons. The 28-year old superstar was being linked with Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United side some time ago as well, as he expressed his desire to play in the Champions League once again.

Despite that, the arrival of Sergio Romero and David de Gea’s move to Real Madrid collapsing dampened the speculations earlier in the summer.

The French side face Portugal and Serbia over the course of this week, but Deschamps understands that his player needs to take care of some domestic business.

He spoke to French radio station RTL and said, “I have seen Lloris’s name linked with Manchester.”

“He is here but between today and tomorrow others could leave us temporarily.”

The former Lyon man could still be on his way to Old Trafford if negotiations work out well between the two clubs, as deadline day approaches.
