Full Time: Leeds United 2-0 Queens Park Rangers

Leeds United finished their Season in style by beating QPR convincingly, and they will be hoping to take this form into next season and build their promotion hopes on performances like this.

QPR, however, will be looking for the opposite next season and Ian Holloway will be looking forward to a table reset and a chance to improve his squad in the Summer.

Bailey Peacock-Farrell – 6.5/10

The young goalkeeper had a decent game. Didn’t have much to do but when he did get called upon, he performed his job well.

Luke Ayling – 8/10

The right-back had an excellent game. He was fantastic in the air and was also aggressive when marauding forward.

Pontus Jansson – 7/10

Had a decent first half but had to go off with an injury early in the second and was replaced by Matthew Pennington.

Liam Cooper – 7/10

Cooper had a solid game. He won a lot of his aerial challenges and made a good tackle. Also passed the ball well from the back.

Tom Pearce – 7.5/10

The young left-back has been a real success story for Leeds this season and since coming into the squad, he has looked to have quality potential. Played well, got forward whenever possible and looked good in defence.

Ronaldo Viera – 7.5/10

The young defensive midfielder had another great game as he broke up the QPR play well and controlled the midfield.

Adam Forshaw – 7.5/10

The central midfielder was excellent in the middle of the park for Leeds. He made some excellent tackles and dispossessed the QPR players on several occasions.

Kemar Roofe

Kalvin Phillips – 8.5/10

Phillips also had a fantastic game in the midfield for Leeds. He scored a great goal, tackled fantastically and got forward whenever he could. Leeds’ future is bright with Viera and Phillips in the middle.

Ezgjan Alioski – 7/10

Got forward whenever possible and looked dangerous in the attack. Dribbled the ball excellently and managed three good shots as well. Unlucky not to score.

Kemar Roofe – 8.5/10

Roofe was absolutely fantastic today and scored a really good goal for Leeds. He was brilliant in attack and defence alike.

Caleb Ekuban – 7/10

Ekuban had a decent game. He held on to the ball well and looked threatening with the ball at his feet.

Substitutes

Matthew Pennington – 7/10

Replaced Jansson at the start of the second half and looked comfortable for the next 45 minutes. Won a lot of his aerial challenges to keep the QPR strikers at bay.

Ryan Edmondson – 6/10

Replaced Roofe in the 74th minute to give the winger a rest. Didn’t really do anything of note.

Eunan O’Kane – N/A

Came on in the 87th minute to replace Adam Forshaw.
