There were some complications in the transfer of Angelo Henriquez from Manchester United to Dinamo Zagreb, according to reports. The Chilean was on loan at the Croatian club on more than one occasion and the club had confirmed a a permanent deal. Despite that there was further denial of that, from either people or family connected to Henriquez in Chile, which made the whole situation into one big mess.
Prensa Futbol had comments from manager Zoran Mamic earlier this year, saying that his club had completed the €1m signing of the 21 year old youngster. He stated, “We have already signed a contract with him for the summer. There is no doubt he is ours and a deal is resolved.”
However, there was still doubt and claims stating that he was trying to get into the Red Devils’ squad and Mamic said in March, “He remains in Dinamo and that’s the end of the story.”
Well such stories have led to some unwanted chaos, though it has now been officially confirmed by both parties that the transfer has been completed.
