Keeping our minds firmly on the left backs issue, Chelsea could also look to someone like Dominic Criscito, who can enhance their defensive capabilities and bolster their flanks at the same time. Criscito has previously played in Serie A with Genoa and Juventus and is currently plying his trade in Russia with Zenit St Petersburg, though a move out from Russia seems likely. Mourinho is always shrewd with his transfer dealings and Criscito looks to be an efficient solution if the Blues are looking forward to someone who is equally adept at going forward, deliver crosses from the flanks and is always assured on the ball and has the eye for the pass.
