Leeds boss, Brian McDermott has admitted despite his talent, he still needs to improve his all round game: “Dominic has lots of potential, we’re trying to turn him into the all round player he can be”. Although he is primarily a winger, Poleon can also act as a striker. Perhaps he could be the answer to Leeds’ goalscoring woes of recent seasons.
