The young Chelsea goal keeper and the prolific Atletico Madrid centre forward might exchange clubs in case the Spanish side force Mourinho into the inclusion of Courtois plus the transfer fee in the deal.
This has been a very strong rumour for a long time and we can be expecting such a switch especially as Courtois has not yet decided his long term future and wants to be the first choice at Chelsea.
