David de Gea’s Girlfriend wishes Him on Twitter after signing a new contract
The whole David de Gea saga has taken a complete U-turn now. The Spanish international who was set to leave Manchester United to join former European champions Real Madrid has now been forced to stay. Keeping that in mind, the 24-year-old superstar signed a new deal with the Premier League giants during the course of the current week.
Further, it seems now that De Gea’s girlfriend has also responded positively to the whole situation and congratulated her partner as he penned down a new four-year deal with the Red Devils.
Reacting to this new development, Edurne Garcia tweeted, “Congratulations my love,” alongside with a lot of emojis expressing her apparent delight.
Edurne, a Spanish singer, represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest earlier this year and was one of the main reasons why the keeper wanted to return to Madrid in the recently concluded summer window.
However, since his proposed move to the Bernabeu failed, it seems things have totally changed in his life, for the time being at least.
