Wolverhampton Wanderers are understood to have signed a new contract with teenage star Morgan Gibbs-White, despite the player attracting attention from Premier League bigwigs such as Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur. He played a key role for England in the FIFA U17 World Cup in India last year and has been monitored by a lot of potential suitors since then. However, Nuno Espirito Santo has managed to keep them all at bay by handing him a new contract on his 18th birthday.

Born in 2000 in Stafford, England, Gibbs-White joined the Wolves at the tender age of 8 and was a part of their esteemed youth academy. Having played for the club at all age groups, the 18-year-old is a true-blue Wolves player and he made his debut for them at the age of 16, when he came on as a substitute against Stoke City last January.
