According to the Evening Standard, Chelsea have officially made the first approach to land Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic. The report suggests that the Blues have formally made a bid but it is less than the German outfit’s asking price of £70million.
The American international has just 18 months left on his current contract and is yet to agree on a new one.
