They have just one game let in the league and with the FA Cup final no too far away, Conte will want to rest his key players for this game.
In what is the final game of the season for both clubs, Chelsea, the table toppers, will meet the Black Cats, who have hit rock bottom this season, with just 6 wins and 6 draws to their name. The Blues are expected to go for the kill to keep the momentum alive before the FA Cup final against Arsenal.
