According to the latest reports, Arsenal are now the favourites to sign Borussia Dortmund forward Marco Reus as the German club refused to rule out the possibility of selling their star player.
Reus rejected the contract extension offered by Dortmund, who will now prefer selling him now rather than allowing him to leave for just £19.8million, a buyout clause which will get activated end of this season.
Now, Dortmund CEO CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke refused to rule out the move,
He said in a recent interview,
‘We will have to wait and see whether we can keep hold of Marco,’
‘All I can say is that I know him really well and it’s not about money with him.’
