According to latest reports, Arsenal are preparing a sensational bid for Real Madrid winger Angel Di Maria in the summer transfer window. If this deal goes through, Argentinian star will become second Madridista to join the gunners in as many years.
Even in last summer, Di Maria was tipped to leave the Los blancos but manager Carlo Ancelloti decided to sell Mesut Ozil instead. So, will Real Madrid let go one of their prices assets again this summer? It’s quite possible.
Even though, Di Maria is having a good season so far, he still has to fight with the likes of Gareth bale and Ronaldo to play in his favorite winger position. Even in center, he has super tricky Isco to compete with him. Arsenal can take advantage of this situation and lure the Argentinian away from Bernabeu.
According to these reports, Arsenal along with three other top European clubs are preparing bids for the player and they reckon Arsene Wenger is ready to splash upto €40m, similar to what they paid for Ozil.
