Premier League New Transfers XI

The Premier League might be home to some of the best players in the world but that does not mean new players aren’t willing to try out their luck in the so-called ‘best league’ in the world. Every club tries their luck to ensure they get the best talent from overseas and some players click really well while others struggle to do well.

We list out a new playing XI of players who have come from other leagues; this team consists of free agents and high priced individuals and includes players to keep an eye on for this season.

Goal Keeper And Defense

Sergio Romero

Signed on a free, Louis van Gaal has brought another top rated goalkeeper into the team but is he a replacement for De Gea or Valdes? Only time will tell.

Christian Fuchs

One of the most consistent defenders from the Bundesliga, age might not be on the side of Fuchs but Leicester have pulled off a coup by signing the Schalke defender.

Angelo Ogbonna

Slaven Bilic certainly has some serious backing at West Ham, the club signed the 27-year-old Ogbonna from Juventus for close to £9 million, and he could be one of the steals of the season.

Adam Mathews

FM and FIFA legend Adam Mathews left Celtic to cross the border and join Sunderland for just £2 million.

Sebastian Prodl

Another legend from the Bundesliga, Prodl joins Watford from Werder Bremen.

Midfield and Strike Force

Bastian Schweinsteiger

Bastian Schweinsteiger

One of the biggest signings this season, this blockbuster deal saw the German World Cup winner moving from Munich to Manchester United, The fans will be looking forward to seeing how he gets along with Van Gaal.

Georginio Wijnaldum

Newcastle have pulled off a great deal in signing one of the most talented midfielders in Wijnaldum, hopefully, he can do well in the pressure of playing for Newcastle United.

Jordy Clasie

Another great Dutch midfielder who went under the radar, Clasie will be playing for Southampton and with Koeman doing wonders for the team last season; it wouldn’t be a surprise if the midfielder is a hit with the Saints.

Roberto Firmino

One of the most expensive signings this season, Liverpool broke the bank to sign the talented Brazilian from Hoffenheim and will hope he can push the club to a top 4 finish at least.

Andre Ayew

One of the surprise signings of the season, Ayew joined Swansea on a free from Marseille, he was one of the best players for the French club over the years and Swansea have pulled off a great deal to get the player at the club.

Aleksandar Mitrovic

A costly buy but Mitrovic is expected to light up the league with goals galore at Newcastle, who have new manager Steve McClaren at the helm.
