Arsenal star Mesut Ozil was substituted at half time against Bayern Munich due to a hamstring injury and he is expected to miss few weeks of action.
Ozil posted a picture of him getting treatment from Arsenal medical team (in his Facebook),
He posted,
“many thanks to the medical team! we’re doing everything to get me back on the pitch as soon as possible. go gunners!”
Finally, Arsenal fans may witness the club’s January signing in action as Wenger confirmed Kim Kallstrom’s availability for the London derby. Ramsey will miss the game while Monreal returns to full fitness. Gibbs is still a doubt for the super Sunday clash.
Wenger said,
“Kallstrom is back in the squad and will be available for Sunday,” “[But] Ramsey still has recurrent pains in his thigh, we have to be very cautious with him.”
“Monreal is definitely available, Gibbs we are not sure about,”
“He had a positive test yesterday and has a chance to be available on Sunday.”
