Liverpool are looking to bring in Koln left-back Jonas Hector into the Anfield this summer, however the Reds will have to pay some serious amount to bring the player in.
According to the reports from the Express, the Reds will need to pay a minimum of £23.6m for the player. Koln Sporting director Jorg Schmadtke states that he will listen to the offer only if Reds pay an amount around £24m that is to say the double of what the Reds earlier offered for the player.
Hector will be an ideal candidate to join the Reds this summer, after a successful season in the Bundesliga which has now led him to be Germany’s first choice left-back for the Euro 2016. The player has emerged as one of the priority targets for the German manager Jurgen Klopp and will be replacing Alberto Morena, who has not been able to impress anyone at the Anfield since moving in 2014.
