Everton booked their place in the third round of this year’s Carabao Cup by beating Rotherham United 3-1 at Goodison Park. A brace from Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the second half, preceded by Gylfi Sigurdsson’s strike in the first-half rounded of an easy win for the Toffees.
