According to a report in PinkUn, Norwich City are looking to sign Bolton Wanderers youngster Dennis Politic.
The 19-year-old is a very exciting winger, who was very impressive for Salford City last season on loan. He made 11 appearances and had two goals to go with it but he, unfortunately, suffered an injury, which prevented him from playing in the playoffs for promotion to League Two.
Bolton are currently under a lot of financial trouble and are a club that is in a shambles at the moment. It would be best for Politic to leave the club and there aren’t many better options than making a move to join the Championship winners, who will now be plying their trade in the Premier League.
Politic hails from Romania and joined Bolton’s U15 squad and was capped three times at U17 level by his country but never made an appearance for the Bolton senior team.
Politic is an exciting and direct player, who likes to create chances and is very trigger happy when it comes to taking shots.
That tells you a lot about him as even at tender age, he is an extremely brave youngster and even scored a goal from the half-way line for Salford. There’s no doubt that he’ll excite Norwich fans with his ability from range.
He has impressed at all youth levels and constantly proven himself to be ready to take that step up and Norwich with Daniel Farke at the helm would be a perfect club for him to continue his development. The German surprised a lot of people with his young side.
Leeds United and Marcelo Bielsa were primed to make it to the Premier League after their promising start to the season but Farke and his men quietly worked their way to top and deservedly so.
Norwich know all about the Premier League, having had short stints at the Premier League in recent years and being a Premier League contender in the 90s but they’ll know that it’s all about survival for them.
