3. Danny Welbeck versus Chris Smalling (if fit)
Smalling participation on Sunday is still not confirmed after the defender suffered an injury last weekend in the FA Cup and hence will miss the Europa League game on Thursday. However if he is fit enough to start, he will be responsible for keeping Danny Welbeck in check. Welbeck who missed the first match between these two teams this season with an injury is fully fit now and looks hungry for goals. The former United man scored the winner against them last season in the FA Cup.
