Manchester United Have Already Signed Their €31.2m Target, But Player Set To Miss The Totttenham Game

In a recent edition of the Irish Daily Star, a report from Spanish newspaper Marca was completely misinterpreted as the media outlet from Spain had claimed that Barcelona forward Pedro’s move to Manchester United was about when and not if. Though the deal was on the verge of being completed, the Irish Daily Star presented an article stating, ‘Man United have signed Pedro – but €31.2m star will miss Tottenham clash.’

Manchester United have signed Pedro — whose real name is Pedro Eliezer Rodríguez Ledesma — but he won’t be joining his new club just yet.’

‘That’s according to Spanish paper Marca who claim the Barcelona winger is on his way to Old Trafford.’

Well, it seems so funny as the Irish paper has made a meal of things, but should have excited the fans of the Red Devils to a certain extent surely.

However, the fact still remains that Marca and others in Spain think that a deal is happening really soon, but it is not done yet.

Also, Catalan newspaper Sport had reported this week that even the Spanish international wants a move to Old Trafford, as they posted an image of him in a United shirt for their front cover, in a similar way to what they had done with Thiago a couple of years ago.
