Liverpool might have fallen just short of the Premier League title but they ended up as the Kings of Europe.

They became the only the third team to win six Champions League trophies, surging past both Bayern Munich and Barcelona. Not only that, the Reds are closing in on AC Milan’s legacy, who have seven to their name.
