The Whites were out of automatic promotion contention after their 1-1 draw against Aston Villa in a controversial match.

And their promotion seeking rivals, the Blades, secured their place in England’s top-flight next season, alongside Norwich City.

Now, their manager Wilder has taken aim at the Whites, following their recent slump.

He said, (h/t official Youtube account)

We’ve had one defeat in 13 and we’ve got muppets from Leeds talking about precious honours, Bamford and Forshaw and a couple of others and ‘it’s over to you’ and this that and the other,”

They’ve got beaten seven times since Christmas. We’ve been beaten once.

“We’ve set it up from Christmas to be in the race and steamrolled it.”

Patrick Bamford, Leeds striker, is struggling to find his feet since returning from injury.

In fact, the 20-year-old was highly criticized for his poor displays in a sequence of matches.

Now with this draw, the Whites have gone four matches without seeing a win at a crucial stage in the Championship.

Marcelo Bielsa’s first season at Elland Road club has been a decent one after starting off the campaign impressively.
